The District Technical Support Units (DTSU) play a crucial role in the on-the-ground implementation and monitoring of the KSRWSP at the district level. Their responsibilities include:

Project Implementation Support: Assisting in the execution of water supply projects. Monitoring and Reporting: Preparing periodic district-level status and monitoring reports for RDWSD and the World Bank. Environmental and Social Management: Coordinating to mainstream environmental management and assess social risks and impacts (such as land acquisition or impacts on vulnerable groups) within the program. Capacity Building: Assisting in the training and capacity building of departmental staff at the district lev
